How do I pay my bill?

Btel provides you with multiple options to pay your bill.

  1. SmartHub: The easiest and most secure way to pay your bill is through Btel’s SmartHub application anytime from anywhere at your convenience. You can access SmartHub from btel.com or by downloading the app from the Apple Store or Google Play Store for free on your mobile device.
    • You will need your account name and number located on the upper right of your monthly bill as well as a valid email address on file. If you do not have your account number or an email address on file, please contact our business office for assistance.

  2. SecurePay: To securely pay by phone, please utilize Btel’s SecurePay by dialing 1-844-849-1514 24 hours a day. SecurePay does require you to have your account number available.
  3. Mail: Mail your personal or certified check along w/ your pay stub to:
